What does your picnic setup include?
Our base picnic setups typically include set up of stylish decor, comfortable seating, premium tableware, and table decor subject to theme chosen, plates, cutlery, fresh flowers and packdown. We also have add ons for extra pillows, extra rugs, elegant parasol marquee and pouffe/ottomans and coffee cart.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate groups of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 2 to larger parties of 20. Just let us know your guest count, and we’ll tailor the setup accordingly.
Where can we hold our picnic?
We can set up in various outdoor locations, including parks, beaches, gardens, or private properties.
How long does the setup take?
Setup typically takes about 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of the arrangement and the size of the group. We’ll coordinate the timing with you to ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
Do you handle cleanup after the picnic?
Yes, we take care of all cleanup after the event, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time without worrying about post-picnic tasks.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute requests—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What if the weather is bad?
We monitor weather conditions closely. In case of inclement weather, we can assist with rescheduling or finding alternative arrangements, such as covered locations.
